Research

Our project team engages in collaborative research with educators in informal learning spaces to identify equity-oriented facilitation practices that support youth and families to engage in computational tinkering experiences. We share this research broadly in the form of academic publications and resources for educators through blog posts and workshops.

Workshops:

Telling stories with light and code: Family Creative Learning workshop series

“Make it Move”: Exploring animation, code, and “Making Faces” online with educators

Mark Making May: An informal, collaborative online exploration of mark-making, technology, and computing.
